Given the challenge constraints (stay within canon), Aki matched up requests and writers. The day stories were due, I posted an assignment list (http://community.livejournal.com/atlantisbasics/21399.html) and later went through and did an actual index (http://community.livejournal.com/atlantisbasics/22657.html). It's always been a low-key affair, not a huge amount of trouble to run. Does that give you an idea?
