Back to Basics: Atlantis

I've just finished emailing out the last of the assignments. Please check the email you left with us, and if it doesn't turn up in the next 24 hours, reply care of this post and I'll resend it to you. If there are any problems with your assignments, please let me know ASAP and we'll do what we can to address them. Where possible, I've tried to make sure all three scenarios are write-able: there are a small number of prompts where one of the scenarios listed mentioned something you said you could not write. But everyone should have at least two prompts that are okay. But if all three squick you out, please let me know as soon as possible.

A few notes about the format of the prompts (because people asked!) I've included in the prompts what people WOULDN'T write, just to help you get a sense of your assignee's likes and dislikes. In fact, I've included in as much information as was given to help you get a feel for your assignment. That said, if something is unclear, or you need to ask your recipient a question, please ask one of your friendly mods to do so, to ensure anonymity.

Secondly, we encourage you if you so desire to write a 'letter to my author' in your LJs - where listed, we've included LJ names, and there is a master list at the top of the sign-in page. Go, sneak a peek at your recipients LJ and see if that helps spark your ideas.

Thirdly, if for whatever reason you are liable to miss the August 24th deadline, please let us know immediately. We want everyone to have a story to unwrap.
